Shipping policy

Shipping
All products* are shipped exclusively via insured DHL/Deutsche Post with a tracking number. Within Germany, shipping usually takes 1-3 business days. Outside of Germany, delivery times vary between 5-30 business days. Compliance with this estimated delivery time is the sole responsibility of the shipping service provider DHL. Therefore we assume no responsibility for deviations or extended delivery times.

Loss by the shipping service DHL
We assume no responsibility, liability, or guarantee for the loss of your package by the shipping service DHL, nor for the associated processing time or delays in refunds. A full refund can only be issued after DHL has processed the case.

Delivery Address/Shipping To
You are solely responsible for providing the correct delivery address. This means that if your address is incorrect and the package does not arrive and is returned to the sender, ariichan.shop, there will be no refund for shipping costs or the product(s). You must then send your corrected address to us and pay the shipping costs again. A second delivery attempt will then be made.

Timely Collection
We assume no liability or guarantee for failure to collect your package from your post office on time. This means that if the package arrives at one of your nearby post offices and you don't pick it up within the storage period, and it is returned to the sender, ariichan.shop, there will be no refund for shipping costs or the product(s). You will then have to pay the shipping costs again. After that, a second delivery attempt will be made.

Processing Time (PZ)
The time I need to prepare an item for shipping varies from item to item. However, the processing time is usually as follows:

PZ for handmade necklace approximately 1-5 business days
PZ for keychains and charms approximately 1-3 business days
PZ for custom-made items upon request
However, I always strive to process your order as quickly as possible so you don't have to wait so long! :D

Customs and Import Fees
Buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees that may apply. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.
